Dismissive and a waste of time, I can not believe it is their practice to waste people’s time; and on top of it act like they are doing you the world’s biggest favor, as if they weren’t charging for the service. They replaced my windshield, I did state I wanted OEM glass they affirmed and said I was getting OEM glass. They later said that they were having “trouble” with the safety camera(about 3hrs later) said they had to remove a pad and that they could only make it work without it(not replaced or reinstalled).
