My windshield was replaced at home, fast and easy
Absolutely furious and sadly disappointed with our experience yesterday. Did they replace the windshield in the 2 to 3 hour window as promised? No, they did not. Our car was being "fixed" for SIX hours!!! No explanation of why it took so long, and no acknowledgment of the delay. We finally got our car “finished” and we raced off to another commitment. BE WARNED: They Damage Your Property and Call It a "Finished Job" If you have a dash cam or any other dealer-installed accessory, avoid this place at all costs. They will damage it and then hide behind a ridiculous policy they don't even tell you about. They replaced our windshield but ripped out our Genuine Lexus dash cam, left it dangling by the cable, and damaged it in the process. We were never warned this would happen.
