Was quoted a price of $780.23 which included $44.99 Rain Repel. He could not put on Rain Repel and told me the office would credit me for the Rain Repel. The office reconfigured “the deal” without the Rain Repel to be $778.08. I received a credit of only $2.15 due to the so-called “restructured deal”. I should have been given a $44.99 credit for the part I did not receive. I called the office twice - was told twice a superior person would contact me. I never heard back from anyone. Best in class. Tech was amazing!
The only thing that went well was that the technician arrived on time. My windshield had a very small crack, less than one inch long, and I’ve had similar damage repaired without any issue in the past. This technician (Z) appeared inexperienced, and during the repair attempt the crack spread to over 17 inches. As a result, I had no choice but to replace the entire windshield.
I was in the Hosptial the day they showed up to do the windshield installation and, I’m grateful to come home to a new windshield and wipers!
