They did a great job from first contact to completion. They even noticed the window they put in had some flaws and two days later came back and put a new one in
Terrible communication and customer service my wife set up a new windshield from 7-11am guy shows up at 10:55 to start mind you I’ve been up waiting for a text call any type of update about time worker has no customer service or communication skills at all amd we have a dash cam nothing was said till he showed up and now left without as I have to find adhesive to put it back up now . I've tried to call and speak to an agent, told to wait for a representative and then the call ends. I'm pissed off!! The windshield was the wrong size, so the installer, placed my old windshield back on, and it's cracked everywhere! I can't drive my car with spiderweb cracks, impending my vision!!
