I used Safelite in the past and had no issues, but on my most recent use of Safelite, the experience was ridiculous. I had to reschedule three separate times because the glass ordered was in some way faulty. First the glass they ordered had a crack, then the glass they ordered had the wrong type of mirror clip, then it was cracked again. On the second attempt, I took a day off from work to be available, because the technician suggested sooner is better, but when he got there he noticed the wrong clip and rescheduled again.
