They dont care about appointments. Live in Georgia and appointment time was 930 est. Arrived at about 810 central time only to be told nope the appointment time is wrong. Its funny because when they attempted to repair the rock chip 2 weeks prior that's the way it was. Told me it wouldn't be till 1030 Eastern time if I was lucky because he was the only one and he had 2 before me. This appointment was made two weeks prior and confirmed the prior day. Drove 85 miles round trip and wasted my time.
Very personable folks and calmly reassuring. Comfortable waiting area, nice, quiet, no tv , perfect!
Everyone was very friendly! My technician, Darius, came out and greeted me and kept me updated throughout the entire process! My vehicle was ready in the exact time allotted that they estimated. Hopefully I do not need them again, but I would not hesitate to use them again in the future!
