Left parts of my door hanging out after a window replacement speaker in my door didn’t work after the install and the glass is still in my door. They also didn’t want to hand me my keys to get anything out of my car when it was done until they were paid, while my insurance was telling me it’s covered they still was asking for a payment…
The tech was due to arrive between 8 and 1. At 9 they called and said he would not come. A little late for notice ! The repair was completely noticeable and looks like they did nothing. The windshield still has a very distinct crack.
