Made an appointment, and the day of my appointment it snowed! With no garage, I thought about cancelling my appointment, But thankfully, my technician moved my appointment indoors to the shop. They picked up and dropped off my vehicle for me. So thankful!!

Safelite is great! I had a bad experience with Novus and I wasn't even using their services. I parking in their lot after they closed. The lady that runs the front desk berated me saying for customers only. Downtown Cheyenne parking can become a real hassle and the bipolar weather makes it so you don't want to walk far to destinations. Ever sense then I have vowed to give my business to their competitors. You guys gave me the best price so from now on I will support Safelite 100%
Easy to drop off - friendly staff - finished early and notified promptly. No issues with the install and the windshield looks great.
Safelite is outstanding! Their employees and the work they perform are awesome! Very convenient when they come to your house at no additional charge!
