Due to not being able to talk to a human and question the shop about getting my semi inside when I made the appointment. When I arrived , they were not able to get my semi inside. You wasted my time and cost me money by being inconsiderate to your customers. I will never use safelite in the future and I will not recommend you to anyone!. The best thing about the appointment was, the techs were very friendly and steered me in the right direction to get my windshield replaced from one of your competitors. Safe Lite sucks!
