Today I had a safelite driver pull out in front me and stop on Brockington St. in Sherwood, AR. he stopped in my lane and never looked because he was looking at something in his hands. If left up to me I would drug test him and if he came up positive I would fire him and if he came up negative I would fire him for stupidity.
I called safelite for windshield replacement after notifying my insurance company. I have had a great experience (one phone call) with their mobil service in the past. In November of 2015 they replaced a windshield in Arkadelphia, but this time (Feb/2016) they were not willing to travel the same distance from the service dept. in Little Rock. I had been quoted for the wrong part and was told that I had to wait until Monday to get it fixed. I came into the store and the lady was very kind, they and beat the price of the cheapest competitor,and got my window fixed the same day!
