Friendly, kind, attentive staff. I had an appointment and they had my car fixed up and out of there in under an hour.
I really like the customer service. The representatives at the front counter were helpful and let me know the process of the windshield repair. Also they gave me a warranty which is good for a year. The smal crack from a pebble was covered seamlessly with a resin solution and it was done in an efficient amount of time. This safelite location from wherr I live was a drive but it is a must go if you have an emergency car window repair.
Quick, efficient and since it broke the year before, my Thurs windshield, they gave me an extra discount.
There are so many bad reviews about this place I approached it quite skeptically and with great anxiety. They completely surprised me in a positive way. The replacement of the windshield on my Honda CRV went flawlessly. A technician, Frank, took car of the work. They have a decent waiting room and they also have a training room (some call it a conference room) where you can sit at a desk hook up your computer and quietly get some real work done.
