Easy to make appointment, friendly staff, great workmanship!
Had a new windshield installed only took about 1 and a half it was fast, easy to set up an appointment online and customer service was good. Can’t ask much more then that.
Had two vehicles done this week with a small glitch on my end with one. The staff was super friendly, quick, efficient, helped us solve the glitch and extremely professional.
Damaged the paint on my car and claimed they didn't do it. Then they reply to my review saying "we're happy to take another look" for what? So you can tell me you didn't do it again? I already drove over an hour to get there (twice) just to be told they didn't do it and there's nothing they can do. Sounds to me like someone just doesn't want to accept responsibility
I was referred by my insurance company. I was easily able to schedule a convenient appointment. The SafeLite tech started on time. Was very friendly. Finished my windshield replacement ahead of schedule. Everything is perfect!
