I paid $300 to have a small chip in my windshield repaired at Safelite, and their technician ended up creating a NEW crack exactly where he was working. The Sumter manager came out, saw the damage, and admitted it looked like a tool could’ve been dropped—he even said they’d fix it. But when the Florence manager, Nicole, called me back, she completely denied responsibility and refused to replace my windshield. Great experience always professional
Made an appointment for windshield chip repair. Waited 3 hours and they call at 4pm to tell me they sent the order to a store instead of a technician. They asked if I wanted to make an appointment for tomorrow. No thanks, can't trust you to keep appointments and I'll be out of town.
