Started out well with a quick reservation time and a helpful person at the front desk. Started going south when I got a call twenty minutes after I left the car telling me they didn't have the right windshield and weren't sure how long it would take to get it. Picked my car up and it was explained that there were three windshields for my car. Rescheduled for 10 days later. Super fast! Communication from my insurance to Safelite was super easy. I didn't have to do anything. I was hoping they had had a Rio Rancho location. Unfortunately they do not. Hopefully in the future they will. Everything went smoothly and it was quicker than expected.

This was a bad experience as I had a 4pm appointment that was made before 9am that same day. I arrived btv3:45 and walked around, came back at 5:15 and saw the car was where I parked it, I asked if there was a problem and was told "we are just waiting on the tech to finish another car, 15 minutes later I was informed that the windshield wasn't there and they had a call in to the wearhouse, a few minutes later, I was told they could not get it delivered today.
