Friendly, efficient, exactly what you want! Booked an appointment online with a quote that connected directly to my insurance company to repair a crack from a rock in the road (no charge). It was really prompting me to add a new set of wipers but I thought I’d hold off because it would make it over $100. I’ve used SAFELITE twice now & they did a great job. They came out to my workplace the first time & my home the second time. This last time they came out they had to calibrate after replacing the windshield. I have a Cadillac XT4 with all the bells & whistles. We’ll, I couldn’t get my intermittent or my automatic mist wipers to work. I just thought it was me not having my wipers set correctly. I took it into the Cadillac dealer for a routine checkup.
