Having a chip repaired in my windshield was extremely easy to set up online, fast, and overall pleasant experience at this location.
I don’t leave reviews often, but my experience with Safelite in Shawnee was exceptional. I dropped my car off for an 8AM appointment to replace the windshield, walked over to a coffee shop, and got call that it was ready 1-1/2 hours later. To top it off, I had the unfortunate luck to have a rock hit my new windshield only a few hours later. I went back in to Safelite later that day, and they touched up the chip. They were very understanding and said “This one’s on us.”

It was my first time with Safelite but I was greatly satisfied with their service. Their tech arrived on time. He was kind and spoke politely to me. The work was estimated to be finished in 1hr but was finished in less than the estimated time. I was informed about their arrival time n kept on communicating until they arrived
