It was easy and i didn’t have to leave my home. The technician was very good and informative
Dealing with Safelite was, for the most part, easy and painless. The only issue I had was with scheduling. First they give me a (4) hour window 8am-12pm for arrival, then proceed to wait until 11:30 to call and let me know that he is running behind, still working on his first windshield of the day and that there would still be another ahead of me.
