They did not show up on scheduled date. Some excuse was offered about "forgot windshield on truck". Service was fine on reschedule date 4 days later.

Reinstalled Wiper Arms After Window Replacement on an F-150 Truck The wiper arms were not adjusted correctly in the down/off position. As a result, they are now out of alignment and are hitting the trim at the top of their movement. Meaning: The work was not tested or verified after installation. I called Safelite simply to inform them of the issue—not to complain, as I understand mistakes happen and we’re all human.
