The service was commendable by the people I dealt with, even though we had a few issues with the product from the factory. Very satisfied with their service work.
Mobile service was not satisfactory. We are now required to drive an hour and a half to get job completed, kind of defeating the term MOBILE SERVICE! Manager was rude when calling, insisting that we come to his shop to finish the job and then made ups wait another week for an opening, telling us it should take a hour is all. So we are driving around with glue and tape holding our windshield on! If mobile service was not proper for this car an appt should have been offered immediately not 3 weeks later.
Love my new windshield! Ashley did a wonderful job, he didn’t mind that we watched out of curiosity, and was done in about an hour. Highly recommend Safelite, and their tech Ashley.
