1st appt they had wrong windshield even thought they was give make, model, and vin number. 2nd Appt correct windshield they got scratched. But 3rd times a charm they came to my job and picked it up completed the install and returned vehicle to parking garage. Joe the installer very nice and explained everything. So a happy customer at the end and would definitely use again for service. Also doing windshield wiper replacement is a fabulous idea.
Went there for a glass replacement, and they claimed to not have me scheduled. Completely wasted my time. Terrible communication within the company from their call center to the shop. They didn't offer any discount when they tried to re schedule my appointment. Terrible phone echo with customer service also.

We dropped off our truck early for our appointment and replacement for both windows, got us in earlier than expected!! Way to go Sioux City Safelite Auto Glass!
The personnel working at the shop were very nice and well qualified. Dealing with the person answering the 800 number was terrible. Be prepared to answer way too many questions and furnish insurance company name and phone number before getting an appointment. Then on another call before you get the appointment you will be asked to join a conference call with you insurance agent on the line. You will get quizzed on what caused your chip.
