Fast, good service
After making the appointment and paying for everything in full, we were told they had to order my windshield ( this I understand) and we owe an additional $100. They couldn't explain why we owed more. Fast forward to my actual appointment day, no one showed up and no contact saying they wouldn't be there. I tried to contact them and made contact with their HQ. They too were unable to reach them by phone. I drove to the office only to be told the windshield ordered was the wrong one and unable to give ETA for another one. I w... read more
This was so easy. Cheaper than the local shop. They came to our house for free, the technician was on time. It could not have been easier. Especially with young kids, not having to entertain them in a shop was so great.
Technician was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He made it a positive experience.
