I had a little chip rock on my windshield and was told by other auto glass co. that they couldn't glue it for me because it was too small. The chip rock was not deep enough to make a significant impact, but I got worried after I scraped off pieces of glass on the windshield. To prevent major glass repair/recplacement, a small resin to fill in the chip glass would do the trick. I came to these guys and had it done for Free less than 15 minutes. Excellent Customer Service!!! Highly Recommended for any auto glass repairs.

Removed and replaced glass while I worked... – I needed to repair a car my son wrecked that required enough body work that I needed the rear window and rear side window removed. Safelite came out to my garage and removed the windows and then returned about a month later to put them back in with new seals for a very reasonable price. The young fellow that removed the glass was very polite and professional and the team of two that returned to replace the seals and put the glass back in did a great job in nearly unbearable heat... read more

Quick turnaround a friendly customer service – Brought my car in and they said it would take an hour to an hour and a half. I waited and I was back in my car in 30 minutes. Great service (thanks for vacuuming the broken glass out of the car) and good quality. I'll definitely return if I need something done the same day.

Excellent Professional Service – My coworker had recently used this company to replace her windshield and was very pleased. So when I decided to replace my windshield I used the same company. My call went to a national call center (but I was told that is relative to how busy the local number is). The call center was friendly and professional. Slow, stupid, incompetent... unless you are paying cash up front! – It's a known fact that places will not work on you faster if you have insurace- they'll move slower b/c they have to wait for the insurance check & they'll move faster if you have cash in hand. This shop is one of those places who go by that way of thinking. My insurance set up an appointment w/ the company.
