The overall experience was great. I was able to schedule online and get in the next day. The team was super personable which I appreciate. My windshield was replaced within a few hours.

The personnel were nice and the replacement time was very good.
They did great work and in a timely manner. They have coffee and the waiting room was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and kept us informed on the progress. I would go back again.
If you have to go to Safelite, this location gives great customer service, answers the phone promptly, and gets back to you when they say they will. Highly recommended. Especially Franklin.
