Amazing and quick service!
Forgot to install a part on my windshield repair then rescheduled my appointment as there was a "scratch on the new windshield but didn't want to tell me where, as I wouldn't be able to stop looking at it." Did not mention or maybe did not know they forgot the part but somehow completed calibration testing. Manager did not acknowledge an issues with the handling. Car was also very dirty after receiving. I stopped in this weekend to get a new rock chip filled. I asked the technician (I didn’t catch his name unfortunately!) about an old rock chip I had filled a couple years at Auto Glass Now, because I thought the crack was slowly growing. He explained they can really only be filled once but that he’d look at it. When I came to pick up my car he said that he didn’t believe the old chip had ever been filled, and he was able to fill it for me along with the new chip. Very grateful for his honesty and help! Safelite was wonderful. Easy to navigate the website and their system is great at keeping you informed and up to date through the entire process. I have to mention our technician, Allix! He was great. Answered all my questions and did great work. He was smooth and efficient and the new windshield looks great and fits perfect.
Very prompt, explained the process well and very nice.
