The staff was very friendly! They were accommodating and made me feel comfortable while I waited the short hour for my car to be done. I drove in a 2023 Kia and they had the windshield in stock and ready to install when I got there!
The website wasn't complicated but it was a bit lengthy. I was getting a small area fixed on my windshield. The shop had multiple appointments available to fit my schedule, they even had some mobile appointments a little further out. I was early but they were able to get me in as soon as I arrived. They were both quick and efficient, I was in and out in under an hour. They even saved me some money! I will definitely use this shop again. Thank you!

So, they guy came and installed the windshield on time & it appears to be a good job. Here is my big complaint, I scheduled the replacement from an email from safelight that said schedule now and get 45$ off. It gave me 45$ off of the amount quoted/ basically free remote install. Then my son goes to pay & they say it’s more money than what was agreed upon email quote/schedule. I have to drive home to show the installer the email.
