The workmanship at Safelite Hanover, PA was excellent, but the process to get to them (contacting) via USAA Insurance and the Safelite answering/voicemail system was a nightmare. I will not deal with either again. I will be dropping USAA Insurance.
I've been dealing with safelite for the past two weeks trying to get this sorted out. I took my car in for a simple chip repair. The technician did not complete the repair correctly. I called Safelite again to have them come look at the chip, and their mobile tech confirmed that the repair was not done correctly and the windshield needed replaced.
