I had my windshield replaced at my home. The technician was nice and friendly, everything looked ok. Drove my car to work the next day and the dash and the top of the windshield was make a creaking and popping noise. I made another appointment with safelite to fix the issue. A different technician came out (he looked like he was 12) and said that if he can’t fix it, then I will have to bring my car to the shop in Wait Park, Mn. My windshield was replaced quickly while I was at work. No hassle, didn’t even have to interact with anyone. Will use them again if needed in future.
Technician arrived timely and installed new windshield. Really appreciated him coming to us to complete the replacement, so we didn't have to drive 30+ miles.
