Quick, friendly and easy to use. I’ve had many windows Replaced at the Fairbanks location and it’s always been a good experience.
Fairbanks Safelite office was very professional and thorough in their work. The technicians were very good and thorough. They had me in and out in about an hour.
Friendly and informative staff at this location. They worked with my insurance company directly so I only had to pay them the deductible. They said it would take 2-3 hours but only took 1.5 hours. If I ever need another windshield replaced, I would use this company again.
Outstanding service! I checked online to see who could get my new truck in at -40 for a windshield. Found Safelite. Answered a couple of questions, provided insurance info and within a minute they offered me an appointment with my insurance approved so all I had to pay was the deductible. Rec’d several reminders via text so I wouldn’t forget. Shop was open early so I could drop off before work. Completed the windshield replacement and calibration in two hours.
