Attempted to call to make an appointment, phone would ring several times and disconnect. Switched to online reservation for the next day, received a confirmation. Arrived at my appointment time....."oh we don't have your reservation". My reply was perhaps if someone had answered the phone the 7 times I called yesterday you would. Ridiculously poor customer service, if your staff doesn't answer calls and your online booking system is faulty what should a customer do?
*After* the technician removed my old windshield he determined that a new one could not be installed because there was damage around the frame that supports the glass. It had nothing to do with rust. Charged for removal of glass and left me with a vehicle with no windshield in it. Would not recommend
I've been trying for the past month and half to get my windshield replaced. Took it in the first time and they were missing a part. Said it always comes with the windshield but Toyota had forgotten to include it. Brought the car in two weeks later when the part came in but I had selected Grand Highlander when scheduling the first appointment because Highlander wasn't an option. Went through 4 windows before they could get it correctly. Took 30 days to finally get it done.
