Good communication when scheduling and quality work
Very poor customer service and no empathy at all. Not an impulsive customer who posts a review just on a single interaction. This is absolutely safelite’s worst location. The staff there doesn’t care and you will most likely end up paying multiple visits despite proactively calling and confirming they have part availability. They will say yes, they will confirm and then they will send you back with a simple “smile and sorry” without realizing what it means for people who leave everything behind to come according to a rebook ... read more
