Our truck's glass was hit with a rock on the freeway, we called our insurance Nation Wide, and they referred Safelite. I called Safelite, and in 2 days, Safelite replaced our windshield in 1 hour. Fantastic.....
Driver was very courteous. Called first thing in the morning to let me know I will be stop number two and that he would call again once he finished with his first stop. I got the text message he was done. He wasn’t gonna stop for lunch. I think it was 1130 and that he would come over and do it first and then go to lunch after. Having my windshield replaced turned out to be a cake walk! The process was easy, affordable and the technician was excellent! Such a huge relief! I am very appreciative!
Don't do it. If you value your time and sanity DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. My insurance works directly with them and had an appointment schedule and confirmed and the TECHNICIAN NEVER SHOWED UP, spoke with the manager and I guess they couldn't track his location, he then tried to made it sound like I was the one who wasn't here when I literally took a day off from work to get this fix lol 🤣.
