Not happy with Safelite drove 40 minutes cuz you can't get ahold of them on the phone only to find out they are $100 more than anywhere else when I approached them about not being able to get ahold of them they said oh there's a number on this card to me I said well that didn't do me much good an hour and a half ago
A largely painless process to replace my window on the driver side. A glitch in scheduling required me to reschedule a second time, but that was not terribly inconvenient. The work done appears to be professional and more than adequate. Office staff were polite and helpful. Would return if needed in the future.
