Great service. No hassle, quality work done within reasonable time.
I had a technician come out to my home today to fix my windshield while I was working. After he fixed it he came to my door and said that it was all fixed, had me sign and left. Because I was working, I didn't get to take a look at it for a few hours, and when I did it turns out it was not fixed. The crack had actually spread. I read that this is something that could happen, but I also expected for the technician to communicate that to me if it had. What a great experience! Very low stress and easy from first contact through completion. Our field tech was an awesome dude and did excellent work. I will definitely have Safelite work on our glass again in the future.
