Wow! I am Blown away by the ease of this service. From Beginning to end, it was so Easy! And our technician Shawn was fantastic! He was professional and courteous, did the job perfectly and communicated very well about arrival times and estimates on the length of time the job would take. I truly could not be more pleased with the entire service and still can’t believe how easy the whole thing was!

It was so easy to schedule the Safelite appointment through my insurance. Day of the appointment the driver showed up and was awesome at explaining the process and set expectations for how long the appointment would take. The time was about 2 hours then he had to calibrate my cameras for the vehicle which had to be test driven to make sure they are working as expected for safe vehicle operation. Installer was very Knowledgeable and polite and had an answer for all my question. It was a very positive experience overall.
They were able to get me an appt within a few days, the technicians were on time and called beforehand to let me know when they'd be there. They came right up to our apartment (pretty deep into our complex) and had no problem working with the space available to them. They finished really quick and I barely even had to go outside. These guys were fast and professional, they did a great job!
