Great job. Appointment was easy to make. Tech showed up at my home within the time frame. He was friendly and professional. Windshield was replaced within an hour! Everything was perfect! Highly recommended.
Stellar service! My (former!) mechanic accidentally cracked my windshield during some preventive maintenance, and my insurance sent me to Safelite. The shop was spotless, and the technicians were exceptionally skilled and friendly. While they were installing the new glass, I noticed a small area that had collected leaves and debris. Job well done. I called. Got a quote and was able to be scheduled in minutes. I was given a service arrival window of between 12p and 5pm. Lucky for me the technician Tyler was able to get to me earlier than planned and was finished within 2 hours. He was personable, tidy and informative. He gave me instructions on how to care for the glass and what-not-to-do's and really made the experience pleasant and effortless. Highly recommend this location and Tyler for your tech.
