Everything about the experience was highly professional and easy. They were truly great in all respects.
Terrible service. The guy in the front was very rude and not bothered to even answer properly. Our appointment was at 9:30 am and we reached at 10:30 which is our fault. But we called almost 10 Times which was going to ai phone and I informed about being late. Their phone number on Google is wrong. They could have easily rescheduled to some other day in a more polite way. They were least bothered.
We're unable to come the first day I called off of work for my appointment, then said they forgot to reschedule me. Had to persistently call and sit on the phone for long periods of time to secure my second appointment, and only with luck did someone cancel on the day they forgot to reschedule me on. Promised $100 discount, gave $70. Moving forward will find another business for my cars.

Their smart use of digital assets made the whole experience really easy to get our cracked windshield replaced quickly. I wish more service providers were this on the ball.
