Absolute worst experience. Dropped of car for windshield replacement. Took 30 dollar uber home because it would take 2.5 hours to do and I was told i had to be done in the shop. They called me an hour later telling me they didn’t have the parts needed to start the job. Another 30 dollar uber back to pick up my car. Plus a day of missed pay from work. Lady at desk barely apologized and said “I don’t know. It was on the the order list and then we took it off. You can come back tomorrow” will never give this location my busines... read more
Safelite AutoGlass is consistently an excellent company!! They will meet you anywhere...and my most recent technician, Oscar, was out of this world!!! But I've used others...they're all awesome! Very professional company!!!!
I want to give a shout out to the great people that work at the Stamford location - please take note Safelite corporate. I stopped by out of desperation this morning because I couldn't get the tree sap off my windshield. The crew took care of me and got every bit of sap off using their home-grown windshield cleaner. And they did it all without charging me anything. Though there was no benefit for them, they made sure I was taken care of. It was such a nice feeling - I needed a reminder that places like that still exist.
