My experience with Safelite's mobile repair service was appalling. I booked a windshield repair through my insurance. The technician was a no-show on two separate occasions. On the third attempt, he finally arrived at the end of the 12 PM - 5 PM window, only to inform me he couldn't do the repair and I needed to go to the shop. I then spoke with a representative who apologized and assured me the issue would not happen again, encouraging me to rebook.
