Impossible to reach a live person
I had a pleasant experience at the Safelite auto glass White Plains location. Both ladies who work at the reception counter are thorough and professional. I traveled from Yonkers to white plains hoping for that level of care and they delivered. Thank you for all your help! You made this process pleasant and gave me confidence that everything would go well, and it did,
Technician was amazing! Did a phenomenal job. So far no issues. However they did charge me twice. Couldn’t get ahold of no one. Had to call corporate multiple times. Took way too long for my refund. This is something that should have never happen. I definitely would never use them again or recommend to anyone!
