Went to have my windshield replaced, left with my dashboard damaged by the Terrible Technicians who later lied to my face about the incident. I would rate them a Zero if I could. They took No Accountability and when I asked to see their security cameras, they said simply, “we don’t have cameras.” How convenient. My experience with Safelite was great from making the appointment to getting my rear windshield installed on my vehicle. I dropped the car off and waited for it to be completed. The wait was a little too long, but I was told that it was going to be around 2-1/2 hour wait time. No big deal it got done with no issue. I’m very with the outcome of the repair. The office is very clean and neat, and the staff were excellent. I was kept up date on the progress of the repair. I recommend Satelite for you auto windshield repairs.
The manager Damien and the installer were great had no problem couldn't even tell I had my windshield replaced
