Had an appointment last week. Dropped the car off at 9am and was told they'd call when it was ready. Waited all day, never got a call so I showed up and the car was where I left it. Disappointed and frustrated I rescheduled for their 1 hr service the following week just to get another call saying they don't have service techs and sorry but they need to reschedule. This place is trash and should be avoided. Had a similar experience earlier in the year with my wife's car. Several re-schedules. Avoid avoid avoid.
Lucas was great at Central Ave! Very nice and knowledgeable with great communication. Service was fast and easy. Made the claim and appointment through my insurance, left him my key and came back to a new windshield. Couldn't have asked for an easier process.
Found a place that quoted me $100 cheaper and they would come to my home to do it I'm not a moron I'm not leaving my classic car to be taken out on a joy ride. Not to mention the $50 disposal fee on top of the $450 charge for a windshield replacement this place is a rip off! I don't know how anyone could trust these people I get told something different every time I tried to make the appointment and than after I get told they can't do it anyway unless I drop it off and leave them the car ha no way Jose
I had my windshield replaced at the location on Central Avenue in Albany, New York. It was easy to schedule and they turned it around faster than what they said they would. The automated system said to plan on 2 to 3 hours. They turned it around in 90 minutes. Very professional and courteous too.
