They were professional and courteous. Very considerate. I had to reschedule my installation three times due to the weather. Finally I gave up and brought it in to the shop. It took me immediately and they did everything including recalibrating my safety system. I am very satisfied. I am very happy and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a window replacement
If I could give a 0 I would. They scratched up my hood and the molding flew off my front window soon after it was replaced. They “fixed” the molding under warranty but not the scratches. So now I need a new paint job. It took 2 months for them to order the correct window. I had several appointments during this wait that were a waste of my time. They could not calibrate it so I had to take it to the dealer after and pay out of pocket. My insurance company works with them that is the only reason I even booked.
Tech was professional, prompt and courteous. He made contact prior to appointment.
