They changed my appointment from my house to over an hour away. I went all the way there the first time and my windshield wasn't there. Took a half of day off of work for that. Then they said two hours max. Two and half hours later they were done. The car sat for an hour before anyone touched it. The office in Latham was a joke. They were supposed to call me and let me know the windshield was there. They never called. Showed up and the ac was broken in the office. There door was open and it was 91 in the office!
