Easy, completely remote
This review is for the girl who takes calls and helps customers when the come in. I never take time to do reviews but this was not a one off. She was rude the 2 times I initially contacted to set up service. She was very rude when I came in to drop car off and then rude when I came back to pick car up. I had my w windshield replaced 3 days ago by Safelite. There Master Technician Nate Boyd came to my house and did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable about how the installation was going to be done. He truly is an asset to the company. If you need any auto glass replaced Safelite is the place to go and Nate Boyd is the installer I would ask for.
Great service. Highly recommend.
