There customer service and warranty are BS! Do Not! Come here!
They are overpriced. Tech didn't show up at the time he was supposed to and then forgot the windshield wipers that was included in my order making me to go out my way the next day to their actual shop to get them put on. They should have gave me a discount but said they couldn't since I was using Afterpay to pay my bill in installments. What? That's crazy...
This Pueblo location is convenient but the guy at the desk is contrary. Asked him why my window that was replaced, was showing gaps and all he wanted to do was argue with me. We went back inside and when I asked about the warranty he wouldn't answer and then told me it was on the website and wouldnt tell me what it was. Then said he was too busy to help me. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend them to do any work on anyone's windows.
The service was quick and easy. I contacted Safelite via their web page, entered my vehicle & insurance information, slected an appointment time and DONE! They took care of the insurance contact. The technician showed up at the selected time and the repair went smoothly. Thank you Safelite!!
