Just sat there for 3 hours to find out they got a damaged windshield. I had to remind them because even though I was the only person in the waiting area they didn’t remember me. Cool! Now I’m leaving and u wasted my entire day
I only waited about 10 minutes before the windshield replacement began. It was done in 40 minutes. I was very pleased with the results.
Got a tiny chip repaired just for them to spread the chip to a 1 inch crack. 11 days later and I now have a 10 inch crack that is spreading. So when they said they fixed the crack, they did not. Now I am having to buy a new windshield due to their negligence. I spoke to a supervisor of customer care who basically said “sorry to hear, want to buy a new windshield?” Definitely will find another company.
