I contacted my auto insurance representative a few days after a rock hit my windshield and cracked it across the entire surface. I was contacted within hours from Safelite glass to schedule an appt. The entire transaction was fast, efficient, completely taken care of within a few days. Horrible horrible don't waste your time
I would give Safelite AutoGlass zero stars if I could. They replaced my windshield in June, and the experience has been nothing but frustrating ever since. During the windshield replacement, my dashboard was damaged. There was glass left behind throughout my vehicle, and my dashboard was actually slit during the installation. Someone from Safelite later came out, inspected the damage, took pictures, and admitted that Safelite was at fault.
