Excellent company and workers
I will not recommend Safelite to anyone for Chip Repair. The chip in my windshield actually looks worse. The technician said that was normal, yet it is guaranteed not to increase due to repairing process, and if I get tired of looking at it, Safelite will replace the windshield for less the cost of the repair. That was not assuring. I contacted Safelite for a repair to reduce the size and appearance of the chip, not replace the windshield. Can't say much more other than I hope I don't have the need for their service again, but if I do I will surely call them.
I had a terrible experience here. a few weeks after my windshield was replaced my passenger noticed water on the passenger floorboard. I had just had my oil changed and thought perhaps they had forgotten to do something. Took my car back to Valvoline...nothing was missed.
