I did not use them shipping and the windshield on my truck would have been over 500 . I bought a used windshield for 100 and had it installed for 150 at another shop
The tech (Mr. Giles) that was sent out to my appointment was great, he clearly took a lot of pride in his work and answered any of my questions about the process.
this is the second time we have used Safelite AutoGlass... both situations were related to a cracked windsheild...the service was excellent both times..the last episode we had an excellent tech, Zack, who went beyond to inform me of an issue with a wire that we had installed prior. he came out and informed me of the issue and again after he had dealt with the issue at hand and informed that everything was good.
