Leaving another 1 star review - if your reading this, go somewhere else for service. To the owner - stop ignoring the CSR (Amira) who has been assisting me and give me my refund ive been owed for 2 months. Fix the cowl your technicians broke. If I dont have a plan in place and a refund in my account by next week, I will be calling my bank to dispute the entirety of this service. Has been 2 months and im still owed a refund. The shop supervisor seems to be ignoring the customer service rep whos been helping me and themselves stated how unacceptable this has been. Give me my refund, fix my cowl, or I will be calling my bank to dispute the charge. I know the owner see these reviews..
Company kept me informed every step of the process. Technician (Cory) was great. Very professional and respectful of my vehicle. He repaired the windshield in my driveway. Great job. Would highly recommend this shop.
Worse place. I took my car to get a windshield replaced, by the time I went to pick up my car it wad scratches on my bumper. I told them right away, so they went inside to look at the pictures to see if the car was like that or not. They told me since they didn’t have proof of my car they will be responsible to pay for the damage. I got talked into getting an estimate for the repairs, I got that done just to be told by the rudest manager that they will not be going to pay for it.
