I started on my safelite journey when my drivers side window was damaged. I called in and set up an appointment in which they told me they would come to my place of work on the morning of the 23rd and would do the work for under what my insurance deductible was. Incomplete service job I even had to tape my remote engine wires on the windshield again and file a huge complaint with customer service. They made them give me free window wipers which is why I love the customer care team and can rely on them.
Great service
My technician was Chris… he was very professional and courteous .. since the weather was not very good, he kept me updated on his arrival time and he was able to get my window replaced. I also had interaction with a gentleman in the Safelite shop..(I didn’t get his name) but he was very nice… he was accommodating, professional and I felt like he appreciated me being a customer… all in all, these employees were great!!!
Perfect experience. The technician met me at a nearby restaurant parking lot since I live up a mountain where the snow/ice was too challenging. The technician was polite, efficient, and my new windshield is perfect. The online scheduling was easy, too.
