I recently had my windshield replaced by Safelite after it cracked beyond repair, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. My experience with this location began when I needed a replacement to windshield wipers Safelite installed and began streaking so bad I almost didn’t pass my state inspection. I made the appointment for 9am on a Thursday and received the “confirmation” call 9 am that same Thursday. I spoke to Chrissy who initially tried to find out why I wasn’t there to which I answered we made the appointment last week and I usually get confirmations for simply any other place I’ve ever made an appt at.
