Jose was an outstanding technician who did a superb job in brutal heat conditions.
Professional staff who were polite and kept me informed of the process. Office was clean and comfortable for waiting.
Staff are LAZY and incompetent. First the parking is horrible. With that being said staff parks their personal vehicles in front of the bays to further cause congestion to the parking and movement of vehicles. I was there today getting a glass claim fixed and was in a legal parking spot about 50 feet from the front door. Upon checking in I was instructed that they would NOT service my car until I moved it 20 feet from the front door in a line of parked cars so it could be inspected, even though the spot was not legal or safe... read more
