From my original call & booking to the personnel at the Scott location, I had an incredible experience. Highly recommend
I was quoted $601.25 for mobile windshield replacement for a saturday. After clearing my weekend plans I got an email saying glass wouldnt be in and rescheduled for Wednesday. Tuesday I got a call saying the glass was received broken and I can get another one but it would cost me an additional $500. I dont understand why safelite receiving a broken windshield warranted me spending another $500 on a glass. $1100 for a windshield that was quoted at $601.25. Doesnt make sense at all....
Windshield & 1 window was replaced. Super easy to use website to set appointment. Communications were polite and simple to understand. Received quote prior to setting appointment and the cost was much less than I expected. Repairman was on time, polite, respectful and efficient. Having them come to my home, for the replacement, made this experience a delight. Quality of work was exceptional and I would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend!!
