Second time using safelite. Technician was very thorough in addressing a potential issue (rust under seal) and then FaceTiming his boss for his opinion. Everything worked out.

The process was easy. Claimed on my insurance while scheduling my appointment. Service was A-1. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing auto glass repair or replacement to give Safelite a try. Well worth it!
