It left broken glass all over the bed cover and inside the truck bed, and I still have no idea how glass even got in there with the cover closed. It also left a residue on the glass that I can’t remove — even glass cleaner didn’t help. This is now the second major issue I’ve had with Safelite. The first time, they kept ordering the wrong glass, and when the correct one was finally installed, it leaked and damaged the truck’s computer.
Seamlessly easy to schedule and process with insurance company. Tech Michael was quick, thorough and precise.
Dustin went above what was required to replace my glass. Thank you.
