They did an excellent job
Had to reschedule multiple times, those due to weather I fully understand. However, of the 6 times the appt was rescheduled, 2 of them were do “technician being unavailable”. Why schedule the appointment if no one was available? Finally got my car dropped off for the appointment.. The 1 hour 30 minutes turned into almost 4 hours. Why have appointments if you are going to take walk-ins that make appointment times pointless?? If the wait was 4 hours, just inform me upfront that it could be such. They wouldn't come to me so I had to drive more than an hour to get to them and then when asking how long would it take they said no more than an hour and a half I waited 3 hours and then next morning I found the windshield was making cracking noises and the trim around it is coming loose , as it wasn't installed properly
