Horrendous service. Tech chipped the paint off my jeep and said it was “bubbled” before due to some type of impact. When I asked for the before pictures to be emailed to me, the manager, Lance at the Clarksville location didn’t even write it down. I ask him to please spell my email back and he couldn’t. I asked for his boss’s contact info and he refused to give it to me as well. At this point, I will be seeking legal counseling. Excellent service, they did a great job.
Michael did a magnificent job. I called another company to help repair a chunk of windshield and was told it couldn’t be done. I drove to Safelite and Michael informed me of what could be done. He filled the chunk in less then an hr.
Our technician was Matthew. He was so polite, respectful and did an amazing job. We are so thankful for Safelite
