Safelite team is on time and professional. I’m always impressed with their customer service.
The service tech, Esteban, was personable, professional, and extremely competent in craft. The gasket on my 1996 Cherokee was rock hard, breaking 2 fiber lines and the steel removal line. He stayed in the task, was conscientious of mess and paint preservation, and welcomed my observation and questions about process. 10/10 would work with him again.
The Pasadena location for commercial vehicles was professional and punctual throughout the entire process.
Awesome communication and service from the technician, Christian, who arrived at my house. They were able to fix my windshield early Saturday morning at my house, thus super convenient. Took about an hour to replace the windshield and it looks great.
My dealership (Toyota of Katy) dropped the ball and Safelite and Geico picked the shattered pieced. They coordinated all the paperwork, making this an effortless and non stressful ussue for me.
