Service was fast, easy to schedule, the technician was very friendly and communicated what was being done very effectively. Setting up the appointment was also very easy and fast. Highly recommend Safelight.
Great experience! Ethan came out and repaired our cracked windshield. He called us and let us know what time he would be there. He was very polite and explained the entire process as he was doing the repair. I highly recommend them.
Expensive, but the job was done.Only issue i had is that my windshield was left dirty and the suction cups used to replace the glass left impressions on the windshield that were not cleaned off. For 967.00 dollars i would think you would leave it clean after the job. Update: water leaked thru my windshield, took it to pasadena location to have it fixed again. Now I have hairline cracks at the bottom on both sides, they damaged my trim in multiple areas and the seal on the sides is damaged. Took my stars down to 1. I should h... read more
Phenomenal experience! Our tech was Jaime and he explained the process, took his time, and even made it fun for our kids who were interested and watching for a few minutes. 10/10 service.
