Had an appointment time slot for November 1st between 12-5pm for them to replace my wife’s windshield since it’s cracked. Got a work order number. Come 5 o’clock on November 1st. We called the help line and apparently the Kalamazoo office didn’t answer us nor the helpline to wonder what was going on. They charged my card without doing any work. The helpline told me that they didn’t even put me in the route. Busch league at best. Go somewhere else for the premium price they charge.
