I Did Not have a good experience with Safelite. As a matter of fact it was a Bad Experience. It isn't the Company itself, it's the Bad Technician that they Hired to do the Work. The Technician I had assigned, name was Zach. Zach was very Complacent and Non-Caring. He was sent out to Replace my Back Window (Windshield) The Back Windshield turned out to Look like it was Replaced!! Zach did a Terrible job! He was very Complacent, and Unprofessional. these folks repaired my broken back glass and did and excellent job. they finished the repair ahead of schedule and I would recommend them to anyone
Don’t go here unless you’re required by your insurance company and they are covering the costs. I went through the online quotation process, scheduled the appointment, and prepaid based on the quote. Safelite called me the day before my appointment and told me that it would be $200 more than I had already prepaid based on the quote. Called another local place and ended up paying approximately the same price I was originally quoted from Safelite.
Great experience, on time and professional!
The tech was very professional and friendly. He even removed my car wash and toll stickers with care so that I could reapply them and not have to order new ones. Great job!
