Automated service to "send you to the right place" is brutal! Wouldn't even navigate to giving a quote without a form of payment?! Replacing an actual person to answer the phone with a botched automated system just cost them a customer.
On time and professional
Everyone at Safelite was lovely and professional! The service was timely and now I have a beautiful windshield I can see out of! I'd highly recommend this office!
Great job reasonably priced, communication was great, tech was very professional even came out on Christmas Eve.
