One day prior to an 1800 mile trip from Nashville to Las Vegas for a 4 month assignment for the Government, I brought my 2017 VW CC to the Nashville Safelite on May 24th to get a repair done on damage that was smaller that the size of a nickel. Terrible Customer Service!! I had an appointment scheduled for 9am and decided to drop my car off the night before. There was no visible key drop off at the front door, I get a call at 9:15am from a guy named Moses saying that they did need the keys and that they would no longer be able to keep my appointment even though I was willing to jump out of bed after a graveyard shift and drive them down there. No business for you!
