I am not entirely satisfied with the service I received at Safelite auto glass today. I dropped my car off 10 minutes ahead of my appointment time today, as requested. I used their Safelite texting system to get updates on the status of the car, as recommended. After I was informed that the pre-inspection had begun at 10:30 AM, and then a three hour work time was required, I was given the technician’s name.
