Fast, friendly and efficient service. Appointment set up via app very easy to navigate. Plenty of good communication via text and phone call. Would recommend.
Had mobile appt today and they were supposed to arrive between 1 and 6 pm. I received a call at 5 pm stating they had to cancel appt. Was told last job took longer than expected. When I expressed my displeasure than I had waited all day was told "what do you expect me to do" by the technician. Seems like there was still a hour left in arrival window so not sure why they couldn't come out. Now have to wait until Monday to speak with someone to reschedule my appt.
Made an online appointment & quote which says my tailgate glass would be $617 after taxes. Mind you Ive gotten other quotes as well some cheaper some not. Guy calls me to say we have to order that glass bc its not in house and i can bring it out tomorrow. Tomorrow comes he call back to say no one has that glass he has to get it directly from Infinite, it will take.a couple of weeks which the price would go up to $1127.00 LOL. I would literally give 0 stars if I could. Tried booking 2 windshields for the same day because who can stay home from work multiple days in a row? Appts were unfortunately booked back to back days Tuesday and Wednesday so I called and asked them to just come Wednesday to save gas and I can stay home 1 day instead. Install guy shows up without the windshield for the car originally booked for Wednesday and I thought that was why it gave me Wednesday, time to order my windshield.
