My mother had an unpleasant experience with Safelite Corporate office. The repairman from Hattiesburg Safelite was nice and efficient however, the windshield was not the factory windshield she expected. To correct their error, Corporate wants the local office and her to pay a portion of the replacement fee. She declined because this is not her or the local Safelite's fault.
