Customer service at Safelight, Union City sucks! Bad customer service!! The lady at the front desk with brownish hair is not helpful, standoffish, rude! She obviously hates her job, so why is she there. I heard nothing but complaints about this person! Also DO NOT select the option 'drop & go'. I did and was given my appointment time as 930am but told by an agent on the phone to be st the shop at 8am. The garage technician took my car keys at 8am and didn't start the job until 2pm. Bait & Switch. After answering all their questions on their website ( including vin number, make, model, etc) I received a quote. When I took the car for service, they increased the price from 450 to over 550. Good old bait & switch. DO NOT TRUST.
