It was very easy to schedule an appointment online, and when I wanted to change it, I was able to easily reschedule online for that same day. I didn't have to wait long for my car to be taken in, and the crack was repaired in less than a half hour. Everyone was very friendly. The crack was expertly repaired to where I could no longer even see the cracks, only a small dot. Highly satisfied.
I’ll be more than happy to leave another review if I can be contacted back but I have not had a response from the shop since expressing my concerns. I had a dime sized rock chip sealed, or so I thought. I was never told the tech was done to look at the repairs, never signed anything stating the repair could crack out nor was anything verbally stated to me. They have twice blown us off (two days in a row) for mobile service. If we try to drive the vehicle to a Safelite location, we will get pulled over. What is it going to take to get someone to our house to replace a back window? 3rd attempt for mobile service is scheduled for this Friday. They better show up! If not, we're taking our business somewhere else. The technician cannot give a good reason on why he did not show up yesterday, and why we were not prioritize for today. I highly recommend this location. On Friday night, I had someone break into my truck by breaking out my rear window. Since it was the middle of the night, I had to wait until the morning to find someone to fix it, and this company was out to my house in just a few hours. Unfortunately the window they had sent was for the wrong window, but the technician Matthew was great. He got everything prepped and ready and did everything he could to get the window but was unable to get it since it was a Saturday and the parts were not a... read more
