I am a mechanic of 40 years here in the Southern Tier, I will start out with the bad. Arrived early for my appointment, saw the guys were working already. Approached the rear bay, no signs posted, yelled in Wow you guys are working already, they don't open till 8, it was 7:30. Just giving them a compliment.
