Bizarre business model. Poorly automated chain that allows you to book an appointment and even pay only to have them automatically cancel your appointment then spam you via txt and email to rebook. Also no chance of actually speaking to a human so no way to resolve anything or get clarification.
I'm a USAA member and had a windshield glass claim. I selected an appointment 8-12 on today's date. The tech was going to be over an hour late. When I called to inquire about this all that was given was weak apologies from customer service, the complaint department, and finally the shop in question. What's the point of making an appointment? What's the point of the complaint department? I had family coming from out of town today. They would arrive near lunch time, I guess its fair to be out of out of the use of a vehicle all... read more
