If I could leave 0 stars, I would but I’m forced to leave one. My rearview mirror fell out of the windshield while I was driving, which is obviously a huge safety hazard. This happened on Saturday, and I was told the warranty department was closed until Monday. That meant I had to go two days without being able to safely drive my car. When I called on Monday, the representative explained that the warranty is “lifetime” as long as you own the car and that it covers things like rain damage, faulty glass, and installation error... read more
