I effortlessly made an appointment online for a windshield replacement. I received several reminders via text and email, letting me know what to expect. Rather than have them come to me, I decided to take my car to the local Safelite on West St. in Annapolis. I waited for it, which took about 1-1/2 hours, and was treated with kindness and professionalism. Not to mention, the price was nearly 1/3 of what it would have cost at the dealership! Thank you, Safelite!!
Kevin from the Annapolis, Maryland Safelite Auto Glass did a superb job of cleaning up the glass from the broken window and installing the new glass. I didn't see one piece of glass when Kevin was done. Clean as can be. Kevin was kind as well as professional. He covered all the work that he was going to do. No surprises! Safelite takes care of handling the insurance for me. No extra phone calls to the insurance company. Thanks Safelite and Kevin from the Annapolis Safelite.
