Professional and fast service! Our technician Joseph was very kind and professional. He did a great job replacing our windshield and even cleaned our windows and vacuumed out the front section of our car! A+ service! Highly recommend this company!
I had scheduled appointments on 7/24 & 7/26 at the Meridien Dr location, and both times the replacement windscreen was not ready. On the first appointment, I waited 1.5 hours before I was informed by the technician Isaiah, that the replacement had a scratch. On 7/25, I spoke with Elijah at the front desk, and he assured me that the replacement windscreen was ready, and he confirmed my appointment for the next day. Safelite made it very easy to have my glass replaced in my car. The technician explained everything and was very nice.
We had a scheduled appointment for 2 different days from 8a to 5p. No one showed either day. Both were canceled at 5:30p on the day they were scheduled. Filed complaint with office but no one returned call. Finally we were able to speak with a supervisor who called and rescheduled the appointment and reassured me that the windshield replacement would happen. If finally did happen. The tech's name was Randall. He was very polite and did a fantastic job.
The team at this location was amazing. The lovely girl behind the counter helped in every way possible. The technicians coming back into the shop would all wave at/talk to my son any time they passed. George did an amazing job on my windshield and had a smile on his face through out the entire service. 100% will be bringing my wife car back to get the windshield replaced.
