Do not use SafeLite in Raleigh on Business Park Dr! I am giving one star because I cannot give zero. I went to Safelite Raleigh on Business Park Dr to have a small crack repaired in my windshield on January 25, 2023. When I arrived, I signed the warranty waiver, but was never provided a copy of the warranty waiver. The only document I was provided was a copy of the receipt, via email, using a link which is now not working, despite the email stating that it would be active for 30 days. Extremely disappointed and let down by the service. I had a tiny crack, not even the size of a quarter on my front windshield and as he began using his tools to fix it he turns away from me and begins shaking his head, low and behold he made the crack ten times worse than what it already was. Not only this, he admitted to me that this was not the first cracked windshield TODAY that he made worse and that he "felt bad". Very disappointed! We had a our windshield installed by their mobile service. A week later it leaked and soaked the interior. Their response was to have me wait 4 days for a mobile appt. or bring it to their shop on the other side of town the next day. With impending rain, and a soaked interior, we went to the shop that day to have them resolve the problem. Don't use them. I set up an appointment, they gave me a four-hour window, and failed to show up for it. They said they'd send me the quote information via email and I received no email. The girl on the phone couldn't even properly pronounce Raleigh (she pronounced it Re-lay).
