Smooth process
Cartersville location. The ease of ordering online was exceptional and could not believe I got an appointment and soon as I did. The tech was great. I received a call the morning of installation. to verify appt. and he arrived right on time. He explained about the warranty and what to do if I had any problems. Thank you Safelite for making it easy/ Keep up the good work!
Very fast and efficient!
I read reviews before they came out but was hoping they wouldn't do this to me. The technician rushed so fast to get done to go somewhere that he left glass and rubber pieces all in my driveway, glass was in my truck and I went to get in and glass got in my hand . He did not lock down my dash or vacuum. Very sloppy job!! Customer service was awesome! But they need to train the technician a lot better. I hope the windshield doesn't leak!
